About this agreement
These Terms of Service form the user agreement between you and Everestlure LLC, trading as Everest Lure, in Durham, North Carolina, United States. They explain the conditions for using this website and any purchase you make from us. Read them before using the store or submitting an order. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use the service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy describe delivery and returns.
Current test checkout
Test checkout is currently enabled. Checkout creates test orders only. No real payment is collected and no goods are shipped for a test order. Use fictional details and the test card shown at checkout.
A sandbox confirmation is a test record, not an accepted purchase or a promise to deliver goods. Real purchasing will require live checkout to be enabled and the test notice to be removed.
Using the website
You must be an adult with legal capacity to enter an agreement, or use the site under a parent or guardian’s supervision. Only an adult may place an order. Provide accurate information for a real purchase and keep any order access details secure.
Do not use the site unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other visitors, use stolen payment information, or copy content in ways that infringe intellectual property rights.
Products, prices and orders
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Check the selected variant, quantity, shipping charge and final total before submitting an order. Product colors can vary with your screen, and availability may change. A cart or checkout session does not reserve stock.
For real purchases, an automated receipt acknowledges your order. We accept it when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraud or an inability to deliver. We will contact you about a material change instead of charging a different amount without your agreement. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund the amount due.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Review the Shipping Policy for delivery areas, charges and timing. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits remedies for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Safe use of fishing tackle
Fishing tackle can contain sharp hooks, small parts and weights. Keep it away from children and pets, inspect it before use, and follow product instructions and local fishing regulations. Use appropriate protection when handling hooks and casting. Fishing conditions and technique affect results; we do not guarantee a catch.
Content and third-party services
Website text, images, graphics and other content belong to Everest Lure or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping and reference. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the rights holder’s permission, except where the law allows it.
Third-party payment, email and delivery services operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Links to another site do not make us responsible for its content.
Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. We may maintain, update or suspend a feature, and restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use or security threats.
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website or products, or events outside our reasonable control. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, statutory warranties, or your mandatory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to seek a remedy available under applicable law.
We may update these terms by publishing a dated version. Updates apply prospectively; they do not remove rights attached to an existing accepted order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
